You must use all of your classes within a 28-day window. Unused classes do not carry over into the next month.

The contract start date begins at the time of purchase, with a three-month commitment to the membership.

Before committing to a membership, ensure your favorite classes have room for booking.

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel a class; otherwise, the class will be deducted as if it were attended.

Membership freezes are available once every six months. Memberships can be frozen for 2-4 weeks.

All service sales are final. There are no refunds.

There must be at least two clients signed up for a group class for the class to be held.

If you are the only client signed up, you will be given the option to upgrade to a private session or reschedule for another class
